Job Title:
LPG and LNG Delivery Driver

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough pre-shift vehicle safety checks to ensure a safe departure from the depot.
* Deliver LPG, LNG, and other fuel types to customers on a single or multi-drop basis, adhering to Calor procedures.
* Drive safely and efficiently, following highway code regulations.
* Accurately record delivery information using on-board computer systems.
* Participate in regular training sessions and assessments to maintain proficiency.
* Refuel vehicles according to established procedures.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including interior cab maintenance.
* Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns promptly, following company protocols.
* Complete near-miss reporting as required.
* Produce licenses for inspection upon request.
* Process and submit daily paperwork at the end of each shift.
* Adhere to procedures outlined in the driver's manual and training manual.
* Assist with training new drivers as needed.
* Be available for flexible scheduling, including after-hours emergency calls.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
* Perform minor yard duties as assigned.
* Collect and return empty containers to the quay.
* Support other drivers as required.
* Comply with driver hours and working time directives, maintaining accurate tachograph and break records.
* Be flexible with start and finish times, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late starts from 6:00 PM.
* Operate all technology within the trucks.
* Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Transport Manager.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of HGV driving experience.
* Hold a clean, valid HGV driving license suitable for tanker sizes (rigid/articulated).
* Possess an ADR Certificate in bulk gases (Packages and Tanks).
* Hold a Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Up-to-date CPC modules.
* Previous relevant driving experience, including multi- and single-drop deliveries.
* Valid Manual Handling and Working at Height certificates.
* Strong health and safety awareness and knowledge.
* Familiarity with Tachograph Regulations regarding driving times and breaks.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of mechanics is advantageous.
* Experience in digital logistics is beneficial.
* Good geographical knowledge of the Republic of Ireland.
* LPG/LNG product knowledge is an asset.
