List of duties:
Appointment booking and training sessions for Customers
Content Transfer (contacts, photos, messages, etc.) to the new device
Walk out Working with New Device
Take the lead with digital hybrid journeys in store – driving app penetration and empower customers to self-top up and pay their bills through the my Vodafone App
Drive & Promote Trade ins performance within the Team
Set up accounts (Email, Facebook, iCloud, etc.) and install Applications
Drive and promote in store Repair service and liaise with onsite Engineer
Deep Dive Care issues and take handovers of difficult care escalations
Demonstrate device capabilities and learn / train in new features
Unlock accounts and reset Passwords
Unlock device pattern and display code
Synchronize data in the cloud (Gmail, iCloud)
Troubleshoot device software problems
Device software update
Be a leader in New Tech launching in Irish Market & Brief local team
Work with the team on identifying VAS sales and opportunities
