* Managing Broker relationships
* Maximize growth and retention with brokers.
* Develop and implement strategic plans.
* Maintain productive relationships with key brokers.
* Deliver optimal outcomes in target segments.
* Conduct performance reviews of broker relationships.
* Analyse broker data for performance improvement.
* Promote the brand and provide market feedback.
* Drive continuous customer experience improvements.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in General Insurance.
* Proven track record of achieving goals.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Experience in stakeholder management.
* Knowledge of commercial lines products.
* Full driving license.
* 3+ years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management (Commercial).
* Experience in Sales with a proven track record.
* Familiarity with local regulatory requirements.
Relevant third level or postgraduate degree.
