The primary function of this role is to handle all customer queries that come into the customer care centre ensuring customers receive a professional, efficient and prompt response to their query. It requires liaison with multiple internal departments. This role is based in Oranmore, Co. Galway.
Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering the highest levels of care to customer satisfaction
2. Providing accurate and timely responses to all queries
3. Effectively interacting with other members of the team
4. Answering the phones in a timely manner
5. Taking orders and allocating to Weight soft system
6. Any other duties as required
Person Specification:
1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Good knowledge of Galway/Connaught areas is an advantage
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal, phone & written) skills
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Proven strong interpersonal and team-working abilities
