The Area Specification Manager Role
The Area Specification Manager promotes and sells EQUITONE range to leading architects, engineers, installers & distributers along with all value chain stakeholders including Building Contractors, Developers, Roofing & Cladding Contractors, building owners and clients.
Duties:
* Focus sales efforts by identifying existing and potential sales opportunities for product portfolio.
* Succeed in achieving specification, volume and revenue sales targets as assigned by sales management.
* Create and follow leads with specifiers.
* Maximize sales opportunities through market intelligence and management CRM systems.
* Demonstrate product offerings using company literature, samples and presentations.
* Keep Management informed by submitting activity results reports.
Requirements:
* Practical experience in the construction industry.
* A proven track record in successful selling.
* Experience in project and / or technical sales.
* Interest in architecture with experience of specification sales, CRM and Pipeline management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
