Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support within our sales process, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* Process quotes and sales orders for Product Managers efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
* Complete specification sheets from quotations and update production plans when orders are confirmed.
* Coordinate chassis and crane due dates with the production schedule.
* Liaise with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide accurate information on order progress and expected completion dates.
* Collate information for IVA procedures and arrange transport of vehicles to test centers.
* Record customer and payment details and raise invoices upon completion of builds.
* Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions on databases.
* Provide administrative support by preparing reports, tracking sales metrics, and organizing schedules.
Essential Criteria
* Prior experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
