We are currently seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to join our clients team. This newly created role is ideal for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with proven experience in website management, development, and governance. This position will support the redevelopment of the organization's online member services portfolio and maintain excellent performance across all platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Communications Director to manage the redevelopment of the organization's online member services, including the website, member portal, and training academy.
2. Support the development of a new statutory register website, regulating providers of building works in Ireland.
3. Ensure successful integration of the website into the new CRM in collaboration with IT and an external development agency.
4. Work across these projects in collaboration with the external development agency, IT, the statutory register office, and the training department.
5. Develop websites in line with the organization’s brand identities.
6. Regularly monitor and maintain websites and portals to ensure content, features, and functionality are consistently updated.
7. Manage content and features across sites in line with federation initiatives, the annual campaigns calendar, and training courses to maximize performance.
8. Act as the first point of contact for departments in compiling technical information and knowledge resources for the member portal and statutory registrant area.
9. Optimize content to improve search engine performance and drive web traffic.
10. Lead on web-related projects and improvements, working across departments to gather technical requirements and develop specifications for the external agency or implement directly.
11. Ensure seamless user journeys from inbound digital campaigns to user transactions and maintain fully functioning forms and payment gateways in collaboration with IT.
12. Provide regular analysis of website performance via Google Analytics and identify improvements as needed.
13. Ensure responsive design and compatibility across devices and browsers.
14. Ensure inclusive website design with high levels of accessibility.
15. Work with IT and web agency to ensure ongoing security updates and GDPR compliance.
Requirements:
16. A third-level qualification in communications, digital media, or a relevant discipline.
17. advantageous.
18. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, content management systems (CMS), and JavaScript (the new website will use Umbraco).
19. Graphic design experience is an advantage.
20. Excellent project management skills and the ability to engage across departments to drive initiatives forward.
21. Ability to work autonomously and independently with a clear sense of self-direction.
22. Experience in a busy environment and managing multiple stakeholders’ needs positively and friendly.
23. Intuition for excellent and engaging content.
24. Problem-solving skills.
25. Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills for web.
26. A full driving license and a willingness to travel to visit project sites.
