The Position
As a Project Portfolio Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
* Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, addressing issues, and fostering collaboration with the global PPM network.
* Lead and maintain governance processes, coordinating with the Capital Expansion team (ATH-X) and supporting capital investments through the NN investment governance process.
* Design and deliver training on governance standards, offering guidance to ensure adherence to best practices.
* Develop local standards, tools, and process improvements in alignment with the broader governance framework.
* Establish tracking systems and dashboards for ET projects, monitoring progress and generating status reports for stakeholders.
This role is hybrid, involving at least 3 days in the office each week.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* Master or bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
* Substantial experience in overseeing projects, particularly with investment and organizational change initiatives.
* Strong communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-starter with a high focus on results, attention to detail, critical thinking, and conceptual thinking.
* Resilient with a strong drive to see tasks through, along with excellent planning, organizing, and timely attention to detail, coupled with proficient written and spoken English.

The Project Management Office at Novo Nordisk Athlone Site is dedicated to driving project governance and project management excellence. Our team is responsible for planning and organizing processes and resources to deliver the site Strategy and Objectives. We foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, ensuring effective decision-making and site portfolio oversight.
