We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Team in our Dublin Office.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our presence into new market sectors and locations where we haven’t traditionally ventured. If you thrive on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth, this is the role for you!
You will be responsible for:
* Identifying and establishing relationships with Consultants and Clients in new markets.
* Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored lift solutions in a timely manner.
* Promote our brand, products, and services to key decision-makers, securing new contracts for both standard and custom lifts.
* Work closely with the Sales Director to train and support the sales team in promoting new products and services.
* Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key contacts to drive ongoing business growth.
* Meet set targets and KPI’s annually.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in new business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the elevator/lift industry or related field).
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
* Full Clean Irish Driving Licence
