About the role:Flogas is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across all channels, from paid advertising, social media, SEO and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and brand guidelines.
This includes creating annual plans, setting KPIs, and managing budgets effectively.Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and informative content across various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.
Focus on storytelling and highlighting our commitment to sustainability.Drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building.
Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximise ROI and reach target audiences.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and monitor social listening.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and communicate important updates to customers.
Segment audiences and personalise messaging for optimal results.Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimised for user experience, SEO, and conversions.
Contribute to website content updates and improvements.Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising return on investment.Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and corporate communications, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success, ideally within the energy, utilities, or telecom sector.
They will excel in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Power BI, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential.
The candidate should be a skilled communicator with excellent writing abilities, capable of creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns.
They must also be highly organised, adept at managing multiple projects and external partners, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
