About the Role
Hybrid Opportunity – Dublin
We are currently expanding our Life and Pensions operation in Dublin and are seeking highly experienced Senior Policy Administrators to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a team supporting a DC Group Pensions service being launched to a new client in September this year.
Responsibilities:
* Support all aspects of administration of Pensions Scheme, supporting Employers, Members of a Group Scheme and Members with Individual products
* The range of areas you will support include Onboarding of New Employers and Members, Contribution processing, In Service Withdrawals, Retirement Processing, Member and Employer Updates and answering Member and Employer queries.
* A range of policy claims and servicing transactions across a number of life insurance products
* Work collaboratively with team members and Manager to ensure Service Levels are met
* Ensure all client communications (via phone, email or web chat) are delivered in a highly professional, clear and efficient manner
* Manage workload and queues in a timely and accurate manner
* Prioritise tasks to meet external and internal deadlines and service standards.
* Maintain an understanding and awareness on key aspects of pension legislation, compliance and the market
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients’ products in order to provide an excellent service to their Members and Employers
* Build strong relationships with key customers, colleagues, intermediaries and other external contacts.
* Contribute to the promotion of a friendly and professional image to customers and colleagues.
* Be part of a productive team priding itself in delivering a consistently excellent service
* Check the work of others where appropriate to ensure that standards of accuracy, clarity and financial integrity are maintained
Requirements:
* Holds Accredited Product Advisor (APA) qualification in Pensions, or demonstrates desire to attain qualification within 12 months (SS&C will sponsor)
* Previous experience working in a similar pension administration role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the leadership qualities to positively influence colleagues
* Well organized and methodical individual with experience of working to strict deadlines
* Excellent verbal reasoning and numeric skills
* Presents an appropriately professional image; communicates clearly, concisely, and diplomatically
* Problem solving and decision making skills over different levels of problems
