The Role
In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of our commercial team, providing essential support to the Commercial Manager and Senior National Account Manager (NAM). You will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse product portfolio within the Irish FMCG market. Your contributions will ensure the smooth operation of our commercial activities, from maintaining accurate pricing and submitting new product forms to coordinating promotional activities and forecasting volumes. Your proactive communication and meticulous attention to detail will help us maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensure our products are always well-represented in the market.

Key Accountabilities
1. Accurately manage & maintain price files on customer portals and Sofina systems in conjunction with the commercial team.
2. Submit New Line Forms and contracts on retailer portal.
3. Submit promotional proposals to relevant trading teams according to customer promotional calendars.
4. Maintain and amend volume forecasting required for base, promo and NPD and communicate daily with the Sofina supply chain team.
5. Attend on-line Daily service level meeting to highlight and discuss any changes to outlook or supply.
6. Be the dedicated point of contact for communication of supply to customers.
7. Complete scheduled and ad hoc documentation to support the daily running of the commercial function.
8. Manage and maintain Commercial Bibles.
Skills And Experience Required
1. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
2. Team player, with ability to work autonomously.
3. Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
4. Experience working within a fast-paced environment in a sales/sales admin role.
5. Strong communicator comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
6. Experience working cross functionally (internally & externally).
7. Full Driving license.
