Our client, a market-leading firm of accountants and advisors, seeks a recently qualified accountant for the position of Corporate Finance Executive.

The Role:
Carrying out pre- and post-contract financial due diligence and financial reviews.
Preparing and assisting with valuation reports.
Mergers and acquisitions growth strategy for our national and international clients.
Preparing business plans and integrated financial projections.
Fundraising - understanding banking facility agreements and overview of the various lenders and funding options available in the Irish market.
Assisting with financial modelling.
Advising on debt and equity raising.
Assisting with sale or purchase mandates, including preparation of information memoranda, management of virtual data rooms, etc.
Preparing decision-making papers for presentation to key internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting in the structuring of deals.
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
The Candidate:
A qualified accountant in ACA / ACCA / CPA with at least 3-4 years' experience.
This experience could be in corporate finance or alternatively in audit, accounting, or tax.
Have a curious mind, can-do attitude, and strong commercial acumen.
Previous experience working on projects and preparing reports for transaction services / M&A / due diligence is an advantage.
Ambitious, self-motivated, and excited about working in a client-facing role within a dynamic team.
Excellent accounting and analytical skills.
Strong leadership skills to encourage and mentor junior members in the team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Great interpersonal skills with all stakeholders.
Previous experience managing assignments from planning, preparation, and reviewing.
Excellent Word, PPT & Excel skills essential.
