Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised with efficient administrative capabilities.
About the Role
* Provide secretarial, administration and clerical duties in a fast-paced office environment
* Type and circulate correspondence, including letters, reports, forms, invitations, minutes and untoward incidents
* Manage diaries, make appointments and book venues/facilities for team members using Outlook Diary
* Note taking at meetings
* Filing of all letters, memos and reports on a daily basis
* Record and maintain all invoices
* Administer and account for petty cash and financial documentation
* Scan and photocopy as required
* Deal with internal and external mail in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
* At least 6 months relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity
* Experience of minute taking is essential
* Experience in a role within a Health and Social Care Trust would be advantageous
* Min 3 GCSE's including Maths and English
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must be a team player
* Proficient user of MS Office
* Ability to work under pressure
