The COO will be a central member of the leadership team reporting directly to and working alongside the CEO to help structure the business for continued, rapid scaling. The COO is directly responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the operational and support activities of this successful Technology business.The role will have an overarching responsibility for or influence over the following functions: operations, finance, human resources, information systems, technology, traffic, risk, new business on-boarding, communication, investor relations and fundraising.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own the existing business operations strategy and direct internal operations to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria.Ensure that processes and systems are built to scale.Direct the development and installation of procedures, KPIs and controls for smoothly on-boarding customers.Day to day leadership and management of the operations and finance teams to ensure that agreed processes are followed and that high levels of operational efficiencies are maintained.Providing executive leadership for financial modelling, forecasting and analysis, ensuring financial insights are used to make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy.Responsible for leading all hands-on operational aspects of the Company.Complex contract negotiation, shaping and execution.Lead innovation through business process improvement.Translating the company strategy into operational and financial plans.
