Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in recruitment, gain valuable experience, and develop their professional skills. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
o Proactively source and engage with potential candidates via job boards, social media, and networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, recruitment fairs).
o Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
o Build a strong network of potential candidates for future roles.
2. Client Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Understand clients’ hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications.
o Provide consultative advice on recruitment processes and market trends.
3. Job Posting & Advertising:
o Write and post job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
o Ensure job ads are optimised to attract the right talent.
4. Managing the Recruitment Process:
o Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate search to successful placement.
o Arrange candidate interviews with clients, provide feedback, and manage offers and negotiations.
o Follow up on the post-placement process, ensuring both candidate and client satisfaction.
5. Market Research:
o Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
o Identify new business opportunities by researching target clients and industries.
6. Administration:
o Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using database.
o Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and placements.
The Person
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline).
* Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or part-time work in recruitment, HR, or sales are advantageous.
* Full training will be provided.
The Package:
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission
