Location: Dublin 3 Role Overview: As an HR/HRIS Advisor, you'll provide legally compliant HR and Employment Law advice to clients.
This role requires a proactive approach to client support, documentation delivery, and close collaboration with the sales team to grow and enhance the organisation's services.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert HR and Employment Law advice via phone and email.Continuously update your knowledge of HR best practices and legal standards.Accurately log and manage cases, providing tailored documentation to clients.Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support prospects and new clients.Drive service growth by identifying referral opportunities and enhancing client engagement.What You Bring: A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and excellent communication skills.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Practical HR experience with a passion for professional growth.Strong legal research skills and the ability to interpret and apply law effectively.Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
