Within this role you will lead Regeneron's global outsourced warehousing network and business operations. This position establishes standards and practices for the department, including developing policies, procedures and techniques that are consistent with strategic direction, good manufacturing practice, good distribution practice and sound principles of supply chain management. The role will oversee the strategic management and operational efficiency of outsourced warehousing services for Regeneron's raw material and finished product portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing partner relationships, establishing business agreements, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulation requirements. They will have extensive experience in warehousing, supply chain management, and contract negotiations and will possess strong business acumen and communication skills. The role will require a composed individual who is able to set expectations amongst key stakeholders and who has a demonstrated capability to construct, lead and develop teams and processes within a complex supply chain environment. They will also have strong attention to detail and adaptability to be able to react to and resolve product supply issues. As a Sr Manager of Supply Logistics (3PL) / Sr Manager in the Outsourced Warehousing Operations, a typical day might include, but is not limited to the following: Developing and implementing strategic plans for outsourced warehousing operations to meet client needs and business objectives and ensure same is documented in relevant business agreements Managing and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers to clearly define outsourced warehousing requirements and continuously work to optimize costs and service delivery Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) within the outsourced warehousing network to assess operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability Collaborating with multiple internal teams, including commercial, logistics, quality, finance, IT and inventory management, to align warehousing strategies with overall business goals Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in warehousing services Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation Occasional international travel will be a requirement for this role This role might be for you if: You have excellent written and verbal business communication skills with an ability to summarize complex topics into high level presentations for senior management review You demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail essential You are comfortable in ambiguous environment and ability to translate ambiguity into actionable steps You demonstrate courage to ask the right questions in a cross-functional setting You are proficient in MS Office, Excel, Oracle, Power Point To be considered for this opportunity you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain discipline with at least 8 + years of related industry experience in a GMP environment and experience in logistics within a Pharma / Biotech cGMP environment desirable. #JOBSIEST Does this sound like you?
