A dynamic client of ours is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and configure maintenance plans for Microsoft Azure and Windows environments.
* Oversee backup validation, data protection, and manage disaster recovery planning and testing.
* Perform access control checks for both Azure and on-premise Active Directory.
* Ensure systems are monitored for capacity, availability, and stay up-to-date with OS patching and upgrades.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and consistent client experiences.
* Develop and refine standard operating procedures while contributing to cloud platform roadmaps.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or VMware Certified Professional.
This role requires a strong background in proactive maintenance and event management within a monitoring or engineering environment. Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach are essential.
