Job Description:
As a member of the AWS Support team, you will be at the forefront of this transformational technology assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat and email
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams
Cloud Support Engineer (CSE) Role:
* Technical support for AWS customers using various cloud services
* Support multiple AWS services based on assigned profile
* Provide individualized solutions for customers' needs through troubleshooting
* Collaborate with top engineers worldwide
* Work with development teams, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to resolve customer issues
* Offer feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvements
* Promote process and customer experience improvement projects
* Contribute tutorials and technical articles to the AWS community
* Handle complex and critical customer issues across various AWS services
Profile Division:
The Support team will allocate the candidate to the most appropriate profile based on their skills and interests. New joiners can learn various tech knowledge and skills through the onboarding process.
