Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and actively work on motor vehicles within the workshop.
Achieve company and branch targets.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Record relevant information in internal systems.
Support the Branch Manager with tasks such as audits when required.
Utilize materials, parts, and tools efficiently.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Follow company guidelines and operational policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership experience.
Valid driving license.
Flexibility to work a 5-6 day schedule.
