Knowledge of modern accounting systems and online banking is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Process a weekly payroll.
* Process online payments.
* Keep the accounts up to date.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Manager and staff in the créche.
Qualifications:
* Aptitude for role in Finance is essential along with payroll experience.
* Experience in Thesaurus Payroll is an advantage.
* Competence in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
* Honesty, integrity & reliability.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to €17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
