Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team at a leading manufacturing company based in Waterford.
This role will focus on developing and executing financial strategies, conducting cost analysis, and implementing operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to drive performance and long-term growth.
This is a global-facing role that requires collaboration across multiple locations, helping to shape financial insights and decision-making in a fast-paced industry.

Your New Job
* Financial Reporting & Analysis:
o Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
* Create financial models and conduct analyses to assess strategic initiatives, offering support for senior management in decision-making.
* Cost & Profitability Insights:
o Partner with factory teams and product development to provide financial insights on new product launches as well as process improvement opportunities.
o Improve transparency and understanding of cost structures across factories and product lines.
* Manage the capital expenditure process for operations, including supporting the evaluation of capital investments, and reporting across multiple sites.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial transparency and cost control.
* Work closely with key stakeholders on business-wide projects.
* Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
What We Are Looking For
* A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) or BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
* 7+ years' experience in financial management, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain operations.
* Strong cost control, budgeting, and financial modeling expertise.
* Experience working with ERP systems.
* Proactive, with a solutions-driven mindset and ability to drive efficiencies.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a commercial outlook.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
