Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager Opportunity
Are you a seasoned HR professional seeking a new challenge in the mid-west region? We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager to join our client, a global market leader in their industry, as they establish their first European operation.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a green-field start-up with significant growth and development plans. You will report directly to the EMEA CEO and be responsible for designing and delivering new HR strategies and policies, localizing US HR processes, overseeing recruitment, leading employee engagement, and coordinating training and development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver new HR strategies and policies
* Localize US HR processes for the Irish operation
* Oversee recruitment and lead employee engagement
* Coordinate training and development programs
* Support the senior management team with their HR needs
About You:
* 3rd level degree or above in HR or a related discipline
* 5-6+ years of HR experience at a senior Generalist/BP or Manager level
* Prior experience from a start-up type environment is advantageous but not essential
* Experience from the pharma, medical devices, or related sectors is an advantage
