Recruitment Team Leader @ UTP Group | Candidate Management
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and communicative sales professional with strong business acumen and passion for innovation to join our growing sales team in Ireland on the position of Business Development Manager. This is a field based sales role within a defined territory.
Key Objectives:
1. Delivery of individual sales & revenue targets in line with company objectives;
2. Ownership of a defined geographical territory, building the UTP brand and generating sales through networking and visibility within area;
3. Cold calling within your territory as well as conversion of hot leads/inbound sales opportunities;
4. Organize meetings with prospects to conduct sales;
5. Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout onboarding journey;
6. Maintain the existing client database and develop growth opportunities;
7. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities;
8. Use the company’s CRM to manage activities and communications with clients and prospects;
9. Act as an ambassador of UTP at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks;
10. Provide onboarding after-sales support and follow up on sales progress;
11. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for manager and business.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous professional experience in field sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or industry;
2. Previous professional experience in the Fintech/Banking/Payment industry is preferred but not an absolute requirement;
3. Previous professional experience in telecoms/retail/outlet or similar will be considered a strong advantage;
4. Experience with administration and working with systems such as ticketing and CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word;
5. Have a very good understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
6. Able to meet and exceed sales targets;
7. Commitment to excellent customer service;
8. Flexible person who thinks outside the box and possesses a can-do attitude;
9. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers;
10. Great communication skills and eager to assist customers with problem-solving;
11. A team player, able to coordinate efforts and be very well synchronized with teammates;
12. Passion for technology and the latest developments;
13. Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
