The Role:
Working with a highly successful intrenational aircraft leasing company, the successful candidate will provide HR management support for the full scope of functions including employee benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, recruitment, training, employee engagement, employee relations and communications.
Key Duties
1. Provide guidance and respond to queries in relation to HR Policies
2. Provide assistance and guidance on HR matters to employees and managers
3. Lead training initiatives including external and internal training workshops
4. Compensation and benefits administration
5. Coordination of the complete recruitment process
6. Orientation of new hires in conjunction with hiring managers
7. Manage recruitment, training and HR Budget
8. Ensure adherence to performance management timelines and processes
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws
10. Project work
Required Experience
Essential
11. Bachelor’s degree in business / HR or recognised HR qualification
12. At least 3 years’ experience in a HR Management role
13. Employment law knowledge essential
14. Excel skills essential
15. CIPD member
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
17. Strong ability to develop trust with employees
18. Ability to use sound judgement in making decisions
19. Positive and flexible outlook
20. Critical reasoning and problem-solving ability
21. Strong work ethic
