Accounts Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our existing team in Ennis, Co Clare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, performing bank reconciliations, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
* Process payroll accurately and efficiently, including deductions and benefits.
* Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
* Provide general administrative support, including reception duties and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
* Excellent accounting skills, with experience in accounts payable and receivable.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
