HR Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled HR specialist to support our dynamic organisation based in Cork.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support managers on people-related matters, including performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
* Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures and implement them daily.
* Contribute to the recruitment process by identifying and developing talent pipelines.
* Deliver training aligned with our company's training strategy.
* Support new employee inductions and address HR/Payroll queries.
* Provide key stakeholders with relevant HR metrics and reports.
* Pursue additional HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
* A third-level degree in HR or a related field, preferably with CIPD qualifications.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
* Excellent attention to detail is essential.
