Bookkeeper
An accountancy practice is seeking a Bookkeeper with strong administrative skills to join their team. The role involves managing financial records, processing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with Irish tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE/PRSI, and Relevant Contracts Tax returns.
2. Manage bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and maintaining the debtors ledger.
3. Assist with general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Qualification in bookkeeping, payroll, or as an accounting technician (advantageous but not essential).
2. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
3. Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
