Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to play a key role in the successful delivery of our residential project in Swords. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee technical and on-site activities, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Setting Out: Carry out accurate setting out for construction works, including groundworks, utilities, and building structures. Quality Assurance: Ensure all works comply with design specifications and are completed to a high standard. Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment. Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical queries. Surveying: Perform site surveys and maintain accurate records of as-built drawings. Progress Reporting: Track project milestones and report to the Project Manager on progress. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant site engineering experience, preferably in residential or similar projects. Proficiency in surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS). Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
