Sales Development Representative

About you:

In this role, you’ll be part of our dynamic sales development team, working closely with others who share your enthusiasm for success. Reporting directly to a supportive team leader, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various divisions, playing a key role in driving our sales initiatives forward.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Qualify and convert sales opportunities for a dedicated product specialist to demonstrate our software
2. Work towards individual monthly and quarterly KPIs and targets to help the wider sales and marketing team goals
3. Liaise with marketing to achieve a joint volume and value target of opportunities, using their content to further your success
4. Proactively call leads alongside utilising inbound marketing sourced leads
5. Express a keen interest to learn about Access’ services and solutions alongside keeping up to date with your division’s industry news
6. Participate and attend some exhibitions and meetings, with occasional overnight stays away from home
Your skills and experiences might also include:
* Experience in an outbound B2B cold calling role
* Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within the region and globally
* A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required
* A “learn it all” mentality
* Confident communicator both written and verbal
