This role is office-based, 5 days a week. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can work on a bid team in an Architectural office. We need someone good on administration as you will be working on Bids.

The Role: Bid Team Member
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Bid Team Member to join their dynamic Graphics Department. This role involves supporting the Graphics and Bid Manager in the administration of bids, preparation of associated documentation, and the creation of visually compelling presentations, all within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the administration of bid processes and associated documentation.
* Design and deliver engaging presentations and display boards, ensuring exceptional quality from concept to final delivery.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively handling conflicting priorities.
* Prepare all graphic materials to be print-ready, with a strong understanding of the printing process.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience with additional Adobe products such as Flash or Dreamweaver is advantageous.
* Familiarity with SketchUp or similar software is a plus.
Personal Skills:
* Meticulous attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
* Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
