* 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, enablement or change management roles
* Strong exposure to enterprise systems and data-led transformation projects
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
* Experience developing user-focused processes, materials, or adoption strategies
* Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite beneficial
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the transformation function lead and plays a key part in operational improvement efforts:
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with leaders across the business to understand operational challenges and drive engagement
* Change Enablement – Support adoption of new systems, tools, and reporting dashboards
* Data Practices – Help promote consistency, structure, and best practices around data usage
* Process Improvement – Develop structured materials and strategies to improve tool utilisation
* Training & Support – Provide guidance and informal training to stakeholders on optimising business tools
* Systems Alignment – Work with cross-functional teams to support alignment between internal systems
* Adoption Monitoring – Track usage trends and provide insights to support decision-making
* Operational Insight – Identify opportunities for efficiencies and help implement improvements
