The Job Entails:
* Connecting with customers to promptly collect payments owed.
* Staying on top of portfolio performance through the BP Server, reporting on credit limits, and unapplied cash, and making recommendations for account management.
* Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction and prevent unresolved issues.
* Ensuring exceptional customer service by meeting SLA metrics for query handling and turnaround time.
Requirements:
* You should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, a results-oriented mindset, and attention to detail. You should also be adaptable and resilient to handle difficult situations and possess knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
* Fluency in German is a must, with an intermediate level of English. 1 year of handling customer complaints or in a collection role, or 2-3 years of customer service, with a strong ability to diffuse tough conversations.
