About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a transformative change programme. The role is responsible for executing a comprehensive business roadmap, which includes the rollout of new banking systems, products, and digital assets aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead transformation programme, overseeing multiple projects and initiatives that focus on new banking systems, launching new products, and integrating digital assets for customers.
* Develop and execute a clear, actionable roadmap to ensure successful delivery of the project objectives.
* Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure successful delivery.
* Drive coordination and collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams, ensuring a unified approach to project delivery.
Requirements
* A proven track record of leading projects within the financial services sector, ideally with experience in banking systems, digital products, and customer-centric initiatives.
* Good understanding and experience with project management methodologies and tools.
* Proven ability to manage complex organizational change, including the adoption of new systems and processes across diverse teams.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

This role reports to the Head of Change and is a mid-senior level position within our organisation.
