We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT & Technical Support Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of senior management, you will oversee a small team of four individuals and be responsible for leading all aspects of technical support, continuous improvements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the performance and efficiency of IT and Tech Support Teams
* Maintain high standards of service delivery through effective systems, procedures, and methodologies
* Lead the delivery of key IT projects and initiatives
* Oversee the performance of Technical Support services and identify areas for improvement
* Implement system and service improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to the small IT team
The Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT or Technical Support
* Strong background in IT Security and a customer-focused approach
* Excellent people management and leadership skills
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Business One is an asset) and WMS experience
* Proven project management skills and ability to deliver results
