Job Summary
The Super User Program Manager supports the organization through program development and management of the super user program. They are responsible for ongoing development of strategy related to super users and ensuring that the program is aligned with organizational priorities. This role will engage with projects through all phases of planning, implementation, and activation; and will continue to support as needed for upgrades and system enhancements once operational; in order to deploy super user support across the organization related to each department’s needs.
The Super User Program Manager will coordinate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, owners, team members, and impacted leaders/departments. Their primary responsibility will be planning, building and maintaining an ongoing super user program for IT related projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
* Education: Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, healthcare or business related field.
* Skills:
o Basic project management skills
o Good communication and teamwork skills
o Familiarity with project management tools
* Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
