Cpl Recruitment are currently looking for a Permanent HR Business Partner for an Insurance Organisation in Waterford.
The successful candidate must have 3 years HR Generalist Experience and Strong Employee Relations Experience.
Responsibilities:Develop strong working relationships with HR's internal customers.Provide solid HR support and guidance to the Leadership Team.Support management on issues such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, absence management, etc.Work with the business to develop onboarding programs.Review of existing recruitment strategy and propose improvements.Align business objectives with the management of our people across the business.Contribute to HR projects as required.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment / HRBP role.CIPD Qualified.If this sounds like a role you might be interested in, please contact ******.
