Our client, a leading Packaging Company, is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant/Payroll to provide day-to-day accounts processing support within a busy office environment.
The primary focus of the role will be:
* Accounts administration support
* Accounts payable/receivable
* Invoicing
* Processing bank payments and reconciliations
* Revenue returns (VAT, Customs and Excise)
* Compiling weekly account reports in line with KPI’s
* Reporting weekly and monthly data and information across the team as directed by Management
* Administration procedures: Ensure the Administration area is supported by well-documented procedures and review existing procedures regularly and update as necessary
* General office administration and support to Senior Management as required
* Assisting other members of the team as necessary and participating in various projects as required

Experience:
* Finance or accounts: 3 years (preferred)
