Role: Customer service representative (French speaking market) Salary: €27500 p/a + up to 10% bonus + benefits (healthcare insurance, free car park, relocation available if relocating from outside of Ireland) Location: Limerick Responsibilities: Engage with customers professionally and courteously, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns Listen actively to determine the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer needs are met Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide consistent and reliable customer support Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly and outgoing personality Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Fluent in English and in French Skills: Customer service Administrator Fluent French
