The role of a Deputy Manager at Hyde & Seek includes:
1. Assisting the Crèche Manager in providing leadership and management within the crèche.
2. Helping in delivering the highest standards of care and education while adhering to Hyde & Seek Childcare’s policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with the Childcare Regulations 2016, all Health and Safety legislation, Síolta Standards, Aistear framework, and requirements as laid down by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs and Tulsa Child and Family Agency at all times.
3. In the absence of the Crèche Manager, undertaking the overall day-to-day management of the crèche.

Please Note:
Candidates must hold a minimum of level 6 childcare qualification and have 2 years’ experience in a childcare setting. Candidates' details will be submitted for Garda vetting.
Candidates who completed their qualifications outside of Ireland must have a qualification that is on the list of recognized qualifications by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs or have a letter from the DCEDIY confirming they can work in childcare in Ireland.
