Our Tax Group (Tax - Arthur Cox LLP) works on all of the market-leading work for the firm:
* Negotiating the largest and most complex deals with our market leading M&A/Corporate practice.
* Developing new transaction structures and approaches with our corporate, capital markets and investment funds colleagues
* Structuring real estate acquisitions and disposals with our top ranked real estate group.
* Guiding our clients through tax disputes and investigations with our unrivalled litigation practice.
* Providing stand-alone tax advice to Ireland’s leading publicly traded and privately held large corporate groups on sensitive tax matters and long-term strategy.
We are exclusively focused on tax advisory, dispute and transactional work and do not focus on tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* You will assist in the development of our responses to tax policy initiatives of OECD, EU, Department of Finance and Revenue Commissioners.
* Contribute to the firm’s position on technical points.
* Undertake high-level client work across corporate, M&A, securitisation, finance, real estate and disputes.
* Provision of legal and commercial expertise.
* Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams to advise on corporate activities.
* Actively engaging in thought leadership initiatives.
* Drafting legal documents clearly and concisely, creating solutions using legal knowledge and commercial judgement to advise and support all of our clients.
* Attending networking and marketing events.
* Developing strong relationships with the firm's clients, ensuring the highest quality of service and acting in a diligent, responsible and professional manner.

* Newly qualified to two years relevant post qualification experience (Legal or Accountancy (ACA / ACCA/CTA)
* Strong technical knowledge
