SIA Licensed Duty Manager (Belfast)
We are looking for a skilled and experienced SIA licensed duty manager to provide support to site officers, colleagues, and customers in the provision of security and business services within the Belfast region.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational support to colleagues and ensure a full understanding of functions covered, including manned guarding, electronic solutions, key holding, post room, reception, and general business support.
* Liaise and meet with customers and key clients regularly to review and record contract performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained.
* Manning levels for contracted, ad-hoc, and special events as per customer requirements, including recruitment, screening, and vetting with administrators and central support.
* Ensure safety and well-being of both customer staff and Corps colleagues through direct visits and maintain associated documents required for key holding.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
* Hold a valid SIA Front-Line and CCTV Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar or supervisory role.
* At least 3 years of experience in the security guarding sector.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft software packages.
* Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.
