My client, responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a strong administrator for their HR team to support a complex project. This role is for immediate start, will have a contract until the end of December with a review for extension, and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
1. Providing excellent levels of communication across the business
2. Completing reports
3. Providing excellent attention to detail while reviewing complex spreadsheets
4. Dealing with high volumes of documents, data, and emails
5. Providing support and possibly working any additional hours needed at key milestones of the project
6. Other ad hoc general administration
The successful candidate will be required to have:
1. At least 3 years’ experience within a busy administration position
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Ability to work with large volumes of data
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Knowledge of SharePoint
