The Global Enterprise Sales organization focuses on modernizing sales motions, achieving Microsoft and customer business outcomes with a focus on AI, Copilot, and Security.
Role Overview
You will be a solution sales expert within our enterprise sales organization, working closely with valued customers.
You will collaborate with virtual teams to advance the sales process and consistently exceed solution sales targets in assigned accounts.
Your role is pivotal in helping customers navigate their business challenges, recommending solutions tailored to their unique requirements, and securing new business that results in unparalleled customer value and satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions.
* Proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities.
* Deepen and broaden Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers.
* Hunt new Modern Work opportunities by engaging with key business contacts and understanding customers' business and technological priorities.
* Collaborate with internal partners on the planning, orchestration, and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
* Initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers and share best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas.
Requirements
* Technology-related technical sales experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Technology-related sales or account management experience.
* English speaking is required and fluency/business level French language skills.
