Contingent Workforce Solutions Executive

We are part of global programs placing contingent workers in over 15 multinationals including LinkedIn, Microsoft and META and more. This role sits in our contingent workforce division and suits a contingent recruitment consultant or TA person to work a dual role here. The role will be 35% recruitment consultancy and 65% compliance for our Contingent Workers (Contractors and temps). The current book is over 130 and growing so you will work on
1. Recruitment consultancy on certain key roles in key periods with a reduced target
2. Candidate Onboarding for all contract sites
3. Maintenance / In-Life Care (Feedback loops, Reviews)
4. Candidate Offboarding (compliance and sometimes having to let workers go)
5. Client Relationship Management
6. Learn and use various ATS and VMS systems effectively
7. Compliance and reporting work on contingent workers
8. Work with Finance and Payroll collaboratively for timesheets and expenses
YOU
Will be degree qualified and have fluent English, be living in Dublin and available to come to the office 2 -3 days a week. You will have more than 2 years commercial experience in a recruitment agency in the world of temps and contractors and understand the compliance needs around contingent workers (contracts, timesheets, payroll queries). You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a brilliant customer service ethic and manner in dealing with sensitive situations, and have the ability to have some hard conversations when required. You may be working in this space and want to transition towards a full time HR / Compliance type role, this is an excellent stepping stone and we see the role in year 2 or 3 becoming full time compliance work for contingent workers as the book grows.
€35-40K DOE and a bonus (paid quarterly) based on performance and 5% flexi benefits package.
