Employment Solicitors 3-6 years PQE looking for an International Firm with Better Hours and Remuneration – this one is for you:
We, here at Search Talent Recruitment, have been retained by an outstanding global law firm at the forefront of employment law advice to identify the top employment law solicitors in the country to be part of a growing and reputable team in Dublin.
The basic salary is high, and they're looking for someone like you with experience in employment law advisory who would be happy to consider a move with the following kind of firm:
* Only 1200 billable hours, a strong work-life balance culture with folks leaving the office day to day around 17:30.
* 3 days from home and 2 in the office.
* One of the top 10 highest-ranked employment law practices in the UK.
* A huge name internationally and now looking to grow and expand its already well-established Dublin office.
* Some of the largest companies in the world as clients.
* A Firm Currently attracting progressively more and more much sought after clientele and are continuously growing their pool of clients at the moment.
* They are a company that really pride themselves on developing their staff as best they can, including developing more junior lawyers into senior, and assisting partners with growing out a team. Anywhere where support is needed, be it with support staff or advice from colleagues and teamwork together, is actively encouraged as a culture of helping one another out.
* Broad variety of work – this is not corporate, this is not a case of being pigeon holed – this is a broad variety of work and a hot desk of commercial clients.
