Accounts Assistant - Dublin City Centre
HireForce has been engaged with a successful Irish Company who are looking for an Accounts Assistant. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a keen eye for detail looking to join a dynamic work environment with substantial scope for growth. As an Accounts Assistant, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a focus on payroll, payment reconciliation, and administrative management.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including chasing debtors and ensuring timely payments.
3. Enter day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
5. Provide administrative support to the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
1. Experience with Payroll
2. Experience in an admin/clerical role, ideally in an Office Manager capacity.
3. Strong bookkeeping skills; the role functions as the finance point of contact on-site.
