Job Title: Asset Administrator
Location: Dublin
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Ireland Fleet Manager, this role involves being a key part of the team responsible for fleet utilization and optimization, fleet administration, vehicle data accuracy, VRT, and vehicle taxation. Attention to detail, a high degree of numeracy, strong planning, and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely receipt of new vehicles onto the fleet.
* Ensure timely ordering of new vehicle orders (both stock and customer).
* Ensure accuracy of vehicle order updates for sales.
* Complete internal fleet audits promptly.
* Prepare paperwork and distribute new vehicle tax discs.
* Arrange semi-cap for new vehicles.
* Price non-core vehicles.
* Maintain accurate files and logs for the Asset Department.
* Prepare and distribute biweekly de-fleet plans.
* Update information and pricing on the company operating system.
* Ensure accuracy of vehicle asset data and fleet location.
* Manage fleet induction to on-hire date.
* Build partnerships and collaborate with other departments.
* Communicate effectively through written and verbal means.
* Assist in managing the organization’s fleet management processes, including acquisition, utilization, and replacement.
* Compile and present asset management reports.
* Coordinate with external third parties, manufacturers, and suppliers.
* Prepare business activity reports and forecasts.
* Identify cost reduction opportunities.
* Perform ad hoc duties to support team goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other PC-based systems.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Numeracy skills.

* Fleet and vehicle knowledge (preferred).

* Experience managing capital assets such as fleet, equipment, or facilities.
