Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Coordinate project quality processes and procedures with project teams.
* Support project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System.
* Monitor closeout of issues and defects.
* Analyse trends in project quality statistics.
* Maintain and update project quality documentation.
* Update and issue weekly project quality reports.
* Coordinate and liaise with all parties involved in a construction project.
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
* Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with the public and stakeholders.
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
* Participate in and complete the Company's Graduate Training Programme.
Minimum Requirements
* Recent graduate of Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in a quality-related field.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* Quality-focused.
* Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ambitious and hardworking with a can-do attitude.
* IT literate.
